No, our web platform also works purely digitally and is the basis of our service. Accordingly, the digital profile can also be shared digitally with the other person via QR code, Apple Wallet or link - online and in person.

Optionally, individually designed NFC cards can also be purchased for a one-off price. These are user-independent and can be linked and unlinked to profiles again and again on site via webcam or cell phone camera using the QR code.

No, we don't believe that you as a customer should pay for setup and onboarding to get started ready to go. That's why this is part of our service.

All cards have the dimensions of a credit card: 86mm x 54mm, have an NFC chip and come with a QR code.

We offer the following materials of NFC cards:

1) Bamboo NFC business cards:
- Design options:
- Can be color printed except white print
- QR code design: color, size and position can be set by yourself
- Life cycle: Medium
- Tappability: Good
- Thickness of card: 1.2mm (Slightly thicker than the normal credit card - but usually fits in your wallet).

2) Metal NFC business cards:
The metal cards consist of a stainless steel core and are covered with a matte black coating.
Since metal blocks the NFC signal, the NFC chip is extra built into the back (see picture).

- QR code cannot be individually designed

3) NFC business cards madeofrecycled plastic:
The card is made of 60% recycled plastic.

- QR code design: Color, size and position can be defined by the user

- Card thickness: 0.76mm (Same thickness as credit cards etc.)

1. after you complete the order, you will receive an email with the design guidelines and a template for Illustrator that you can use.

2. you send the finished design, font if necessary and name list to our design team.

3. the design team sends you a print preview for final approval.

4. you approve the design and the cards will be printed. 

After design agreement & print approval, delivery takes:

For wood/plastic: approx. 2 weeks
For metal: approx. 3 weeks 

Yes, you can order sample cards here free of charge.

However, it is important that you return the cards to us for sustainability reasons.

The sample cards are not for your own use, but only for testing the NFC cards, which is why they are recorded with a sample profile. 

All customers with up to 50 users can purchase the Teams package directly in the Lemontaps platform in the account on account, by credit card, Paypal, SEPA bank transfer.

All customers with more than 50 users must request a quote and can then flexibly choose their payment option (credit card, Paypal, SEPA bank transfer).

If you only want to buy NFC cards without licenses, you can select the cards directly in the store and pay by credit card, Paypal or bank transfer.

Since we see digital business cards as a basic equipment for every company and the added value accumulates over time, we only offer annual contracts.

Depending on the number of users purchased, you will be charged for them.

You can cancel 2 months before the end of the minimum term in writing by email.

You have already paid for each license seat for one year in advance. If you want to reduce your number of license seats, you can do so at any time within the cancellation period. The license seats will then expire at the end of the year.

No, the license does not terminate automatically when you delete a profile. You have a quota of license slots for which you can create profiles.

A user corresponds to a license and is a person who can log on to the Lemontaps platform and is created in the user administration. You can add and remove users and thus respond optimally to changes in your team.

Depending on the number of users purchased, you will be invoiced for them. If you add more users during the term of the contract, you will be charged for additional licenses pro rata to your term. For example, if you use the Teams package (1-50 users) and add a new user in month 6 of 12 of your contract term, you will only be charged €7.5/license instead of €15/license.

Now you can start setting up the platform:

1. Set default settings:
Within the platform, you can easily set the profile design such as button color, images, etc. Set individual editing permissions that you want to give to your team members.

2. Invite users
Invite users to Lemontaps via Excel import or individually. You can directly upload all the information that should go into the profile. However, the minimum information is: name and email address. The rest of the information can also be added by the employee themselves through the employee accesses.

3. optional: NFC cards
If you have ordered NFC cards, they can be scanned through the management dashboard and linked to the profiles. Alternatively, you can distribute the cards directly to the employees, they can link the cards independently through their account.

Yes, if you had a trial account before, all settings and users will be transferred to the full version as well.

If you want to display your profiles under your company domain, then the implementation would look like this:

1. After your upgrade and purchase of the "Company Domain Integration" option, you will receive an email from our IT team to request your desired subdomain (e.g. vcard.companyname.com).

2. After our IT team has learned which desired subdomain to use, you will receive a PDF for your IT with 2 entries for the domain settings.

3.When your IT has saved these 2 entries, we will do the rest and in a few minutes everything will be implemented.

Yes, it is possible that only the admin edits and updates all employee profiles via the management platform. Finally, the admin can also generate the QR codes for the employees and provide them to the colleagues.

Alternatively, it is also possible to invite all employees who have a digital profile to their individual accesses, so that they can edit their profile independently and generate QR codes.
