The Lemontaps digital profile (starter package) is free forever.
If you would like more functions, e.g. uploading more files, recording contacts and central administration, then you pay €1.25/month/user in the annual package for the Teams package.

Customized NFC cards can be optionally purchased in our store between €29.99-49.99 depending on the material.
For Teams customers, the cards cost €19.99 for wood and plastic cards (double-sided printing) and €44.99 for metal cards. Volume discounts are available for orders of 100 cards or more.
Go to your account settings > Change registration email.
If you want to change the registration email as an admin go to the User profiles > Edit users > Account > Change account email.
It depends on what package you are in:
For Starter users:
Go to your Account Settings > Danger Zone > Delete Account
For Team Version Test users:
(Only the main admin can do this)
Go to your Account Settings > Danger Zone > Delete Account.
All accounts that are in the team as well as your own account will now be deleted.
You can also delete only individual accounts at any time via central administration.

NFC cards, ordering, shipping etc.
If you only want the NFC cards, go to our store and there you can design the cards with our online designer.
If you choose the one-sided variant, there is always a QR code in the middle on the back, which then leads to your digital business card. You don't have to fill in any information beforehand, because you link your digital profile to the NFC card afterwards.
You will then be guided to our check-out. Now the cards will be produced and shipped to you within 1-2 weeks.
If you purchase the Teams solution, the design guidelines will be sent to you with the invoice. Our design team will then discuss the design with you and the cards will be put into production.
Your information is not on the card, but in your Lemontaps profile (digital business card) in the cloud in the form of a web page.
On the card is only the link that leads to your Lemontaps profile.
You do not have to provide any information in advance when purchasing the card. When you receive your card, you scan the QR code on your card and then you can register directly through the link with your email address and own password. Your Lemontaps card will be automatically linked to your registered profile. Now you can start filling the profile with information: Profile picture, contact details, email links, website, videos and more.
Options for individual users:
1) Scan QR code of NFC card and after that there is an option to register or log in to link the profile.
2) When logged in the profile > Settings > Manage cards > Link new card > Scan QR code of the card.
Possibilities for teams users:
1) As an admin you can link the card to the respective user profile via webcam
2) Distribute the cards to the employees and have their cards linked to their profile as described for individual users
You do not need to generate the QR code. The QR code at the designer is a placeholder and will be replaced with a new QR code. This QR code can then be linked to your profile.
You can share their profile via QR code or via NFC.
This is how it works via NFC:
There is an NFC chip in the card that enables sharing by tapping a phone. You already know the technology from contactless payment. The recipient must have his/her "NFC" turned on. Then the card can be held against the back of the smartphone. On iPhones, the NFC location is at the top edge and is always switched on for newer iPhones (from iPhone XS). On Android, the position varies, so swiping the card along the back is recommended. For older phones that are not NFC compatible, you can always use the QR code that is printed on the card.

For companies that use the Teams solution get the cards at a discounted price. There are graduated prices from 100 cards.
No, the NFC card is optional.
You can create a free digital profile here and share it via QR code, QR code wallet, mobile wallpaper or link you can generate in the platform.
Yes, all NFC cards can be personalized with your design.
The wood and plastic cards are printed in color and the metal cards are laser cut.
Custom wood and plastic cards are ready to ship within 1-4 business days.
Metal cards are ready to ship within 1-2 weeks.
Delivery time within Germany is 1-2 business days. Within Europe approx. 7 working days and worldwide approx. 12 working days.
You will be sent a tracking link via email as soon as the cards are produced and shipped.
This usually takes up to 24h until the status is updated.
In rare cases, DHL may not update the shipment information at all.

1. You have not received a tracking link one week after ordering plastic/wood cards or 2 weeks for metal cards.
2. You have received a tracking link and still have not received your goods 4 days (for Germany orders), or 10 days (EU), or 14 days (worldwide) after that and cannot find the goods in your mailbox.
Digital business card / Lead management
No, because your digital business card is accessible via your personal Lemontaps website and this can be accessed via link through the browser both mobile and desktop. So you can share your digital business card with your counterpart via NFC, QR code or directly via link without them needing an app or even Lemontaps.
The first step is to register here for free. After that you can create your digital business card profile in the platform (contact information, picture, logo, links and files).
You can download only the QR code or virtual backgrounds with the QR code to share your profile. You can also add your digital business card to your Google or Apple Wallet.
No. Your digital business card is accessible via your personal Lemontaps profile link, but we do not index your page on Google or other search engines. This means that your Lemontaps profile link, as well as your information, cannot be found on the web. However, this does not apply if you yourself share your Lemontaps profile link on social networks/websites.
Unlike a regular business card, you can edit your information anytime and anywhere. Just log in to your Lemontaps profile at lemontaps.com/login - via smartphone or desktop - and you can add or change all your contact information, links and files in real time.
In the Teams and Enterprise package, you can restrict the editing rights of your team members.
There are 3 ways to capture contacts with Lemontaps:
Option 1 - Contact form:
After you have shared your profile with your new contact, you ask them to sign up in the form below. Now a contact will be created with you and your counterpart will receive your contact by mail.
Option 2 - Business card scanner (Beta):
Scan conveniently the paper business cards and the contact will be created automatically.
Option 3 - Create contact manually
Tip: Adjust the fields of the form on the profile page and the form to create the contact yourself according to your needs.
Central user management
You can add as many administrators to the platform as you want.
However, it should be noted that each administrator also has a profile at the same time.
You can decide this by yourself in the settings. It is possible to invite all employees who have a digital profile to their individual single accesses, so that they can edit their profile independently and generate QR codes. You can define what the employees are allowed to edit in the settings. Alternatively, it is possible to grant no employee access, to make every change as an admin and to generate the QR codes, wallets, etc. centrally as an admin for all employees.
When a member leaves your team, you can use our dashboard to deactivate their digital profile and optionally reassign their NFC card without having to physically have the device with you.
The digital profile and NFC card can then either be claimed by a new team member or removed permanently. Of course, any leads captured by the deactivated member will remain accessible to administrators.
You can add new profiles for new employees at any time.
For the NFC cards, simply use the reorder form and since we have saved their design, new NFC cards will be printed without any effort on your part.

Lemontaps Plans
Free Starter Package: We recommend this package if you only want to get a digital business card for yourself and mainly want to share your contact details and further information with your counterpart with Lemontaps.
Teams Package: We recommend this package if you want to use Lemontaps in your company or in your team and want to efficiently create and manage profiles and this should happen according to your corporate guidelines, such as design or editing rights. Individuals can also upgrade to this package if corporate design or lead generation (contact capture and management) with Lemontaps are also relevant for them.
Enterprise package: We recommend this package if you have more complex requirements (which is mostly the case for larger companies), in terms of support, security, customization and features such as multilingualism, units by hierarchy level and multiple profiles. Yes, the Starter package is really free forever. The package includes the standard functionalities. With the other packages, more functionalities are available to you, such as the digital capture of contacts, analytics or the central management of all profiles.
No. We don't believe that you as a customer should pay for setup and onboarding to get started and ready to go. That's why this is part of our service.
No, our web platform also works purely digitally and is the basis of our service. Accordingly, the digital profile can also be shared digitally with the other person via QR code, link and Apple or Google Wallet - online and in person.
Optionally, individually designed NFC cards can also be purchased for a one-time costs. These are user-independent and can be linked and unlinked to profiles via webcam or cell phone camera using the QR code.

First of all: Decide on a package

Teams / Enterprise package:
1) Contact our sales team at [email protected].
2) Our sales team will get in touch with you to discuss your requirements and questions and show you the platform.
3) We offer you a test account for the Enterprise version.
4) We will provide you with a non-binding & individual offer tailored to your requirements.
5) Depending on your requirements and internal processes, we will be happy to talk to your data protection department, get in touch with your IT department to prepare the integrations and with your purchasing department.
6) In parallel, our design team will support you with the NFC card creation.
7) The platform itself is set up quickly and runs in a similar way to the Teams package. In addition, we introduce you and your employees to the platform in person.

Payment / Billing
All customers with up to 50 users can purchase the Teams package directly in the Lemontaps platform account by credit card, Paypal or SEPA bank transfer. All customers with more than 50 users must request a quote and can then flexibly choose their payment option (invoice, credit card, Paypal, SEPA bank transfer). If you only want to buy NFC cards without licenses, you can select the cards directly in the store and pay by credit card, Paypal or bank transfer
Since we see digital business cards as basic equipment for every company and the added value accumulates over time, we only offer annual contracts.
Depending on the number of licenses purchased, you will be charged for them.
A user corresponds to a license and is a person who can log into the Lemontaps platform and is created via the management dashboard.
You have already paid for each license seat for one year in advance. If you want to reduce your number of license seats, you can do so at any time within the cancellation period. The license seats will then expire at the end of the year.
You can cancel 2 months before the end of the minimum term in writing by email (to [email protected]).
If you create additional users during the term of the agreement that exceed your license count, you will be billed for additional licenses pro-rated to your term. You will be notified of this before you exceed your license count. We therefore always advise you to delete old users and only then create new users. You will receive an invoice once a month if the number of licenses has increased. An example of the calculation: you use the Teams package for 15€ and in month 6 of 12 of your term you add a new user, then you will be charged only 7.5€/license instead of 15€/license for the remaining 6 months of the year. From the next year the full license price will be charged along with the other licenses that renew.
No, the license does not terminate automatically when you delete a profile. You have a quota of license slots for which you can create profiles.
Test phase
With our starter package, you can test the single profile of Lemontaps for an unlimited time.
If you want to try the management platform and add users or get access to more support and features, you can try our Teams package for free for 30 days with up to 99 users.
You can cancel at any time and you don't have to provide payment information.
Via email address or the Excel importer, you can bulk upload your colleagues directly via an Excel template and invite them to your individual profiles. In addition, you can appoint an unlimited number of admins and give them access to the Admin Management Dashboard as well.
What happens after the free trial period expires?
- After the free trial period ends, you will be downgraded to the free Starter Package and will loose access to all Teams features. There is no charge!
- All accounts created through the management dashboard will also be downgraded to the Starter Package. This means that the individuals themselves will still have access to their profiles, but you will lose the ability to manage them centrally.
- In order to continue to have access to all resources and features, there is an option to upgrade here. We recommend upgrading before the trial period expires so that you do not lose control of the profiles and settings you have created.

Privacy and security
Lemontaps relies on Amazon Web Services (AWS) services in Frankfurt, Germany (https://aws.amazon.com/de/compliance/gdpr-center/) to host the software. The data is exclusively encrypted in Frankfurt and is not shared with third countries. The data centers used are ISO/IEC 27001 certified and thus meet our high requirements for the physical security of our customers' data. When selecting external service providers that are necessary for the operation of the software (e.g. mail dispatch), the hosting of the data within the EU is a mandatory basic criterion.
Both the data centers are ISO 27001 certified and Lemontaps as a company. Unlike most digital business card providers, we have been certified by TÜV Süd as a company for the development, hosting and distribution of software solutions (SaaS), including service support and production and distribution of NFC cards.
Lemontaps has passed through privacy and security audits for all companies (insurance companies, banks, cities, corporations, etc.) so far.
