"Over 3000 new contacts were made at our event, and the innovative way of networking inspired the participants. Lemontaps not only ensured that everything ran smoothly, but also made our event an unforgettable experience. I am extremely satisfied and look forward to using this solution again in the future."
The BigBox Agency, an established event agency from Barcelona, wanted to create an extraordinary networking experience for a major corporate event where around 400 participants could get to know each other. The agency was looking for a solution that would not only enable the uncomplicated exchange of data, but also take the interaction and networking of participants to a new level. In this scenario, Lemontaps proved to be the perfect addition. Not only can contact information be shared via Lemontaps, but it can also be recorded and tracked, allowing the agency to integrate an entertaining competition that encouraged interaction.
Implementation and process:
1. provision of individual QR codes:
Lemontaps provided the event agency with QR codes, which were displayed on the participants' event badges.
2. prior profile creation:
Even before the event, participants had the opportunity to set up their digital business card profiles at their leisure by integrating their contact details and further links.
3. linking the badges to the profiles
At the event, the QR codes on the badges could be effortlessly linked to the participants' profiles created in advance or new profiles could be created.
4Networking and getting to know contacts
During the networking sessions, participants had the opportunity to easily scan the QR codes on the badges of new contacts, which were then automatically saved in their Lemontaps contact book. The ability to add notes and organize contacts by history gave participants a clear overview of their newly made connections.
5. evaluation and recognition of the most successful:
At the end of the event, the BigBox agency received a detailed evaluation from Lemontaps about which participants had made the most contacts. This was clarified with the participants in advance in accordance with the GDPR. The agency was able to recognize as winners those who stood out through particularly active networking.
