Checklist design guidelines NFC cards 

• Download here the Illustrator template (format: 86x54mm + 3mm bleed)
• Final format must be in .pdf or .ai (no Indesign!)
• CMYK color space (Panton colors are not printed) 
• All logos/images must be embedded 
• Position and color the QR code placeholder
• For individual names/positions:
  - Place text placeholders in the design (preferably the longest name)
  - Excel list with the individual names (1 column per placeholder)
  - Attach font file (.ttf or .otf) and Excel list in email
  
• Convert all non-individual texts to paths
• Remove all guides 
• Communicate your company domain in the email (if booked), as the QR codes are created from this  

Example design - We do not recommend printing individual names, as you can link the cards to new profiles at any time. 

• Powerpoint Template download here download here 
• Insert your design for the front and back into the red rectangle. If you want to print the entire surface, please extend the background area over the red border to the edges.

• Color printing is not possible as the card is lasered. Please color all areas that are to be lasered white.
