Digital business cards for over 400 employees
The project focused on simple and centralized management for all business cards - without paper, without outdated contact data. The solution: NFC-enabled wooden cards with which contact data can be easily transferred to a smartphone with a tap. Around 400 digital profiles were created centrally via an Excel import - quickly, efficiently and without IT effort. The digital business cards were designed entirely in the corporate design of Sparkasse Mittelfranken-Süd. Predefined standard links can be found directly on the business card, e.g. to make an appointment or to the careers page - so that contacts are not only informed, but also directly activated to take action.
Hybrid thinking: digital & print in one system
The savings bank opted for the 2-in-1 solution from Lemontaps in order to gradually get skeptics used to the digital solution. Employees can order not only digital, but also paper business cards directly in the portal if required. The data for this is automatically transferred from the digital business card - with the option of editing and subsequent approval process. This saves time, reduces errors and provides maximum flexibility.
Successful onboarding with live training
A live training session by the Lemontaps team optimally prepared the employees for the use of the digital business cards. The initial feedback shows: The introduction was well received - and the modern, simple handling of contact data has met with great interest.
