As one of the leading leasing companies in Germany, Südleasing GmbH is always striving to move with the times and drive innovation. The decision for digital business cards was a further step into the future, motivated by the conviction of one of its managing directors, who was introduced to the concept of digital business cards by a customer. Paper business cards were not used much before and the digital business card offers a great way of exchanging contacts without having to print paper with every change.

+100 employees have switched to digital business cards

The implementation for +100 employees of SüdLeasing, its sister company SüdFactoring, as well as its subsidiary ALVG, went smoothly thanks to the efficient exchange with the Lemontaps team, despite some internal IT guidelines. Managers and sales colleagues use Lemontaps primarily in their email signature and as a QR code on the lock screen of their business cell phone. At trade fairs, customer visits and employee events in the LBBW Group, the digital business card has proven to be an effective networking tool. New contacts and customers are open to the innovation and show curiosity.

Simple and secure administration through SSO and MS Active Directory integration

The users are created by the administrators in the management dashboard and then the users are sent an invitation email. Thanks to the SSO integration, employees do not need to set a new password, but can log in with their company account. Integration with the Microsoft Active Directory (which everyone who uses MS Outlook has) means that all digital profiles are created automatically and the necessary contact data is transferred and updated regularly. This means that no staff have to manually enter or update the data in the system.

The use for administrators is very self-explanatory. We delete unneeded user profiles or create new ones. In addition, the function to send a reminder email for user profiles that have not yet been activated is super helpful and we use it regularly. As administrators, we are also often called upon by colleagues to set up the digital business card directly. The setup works well every time and the colleagues are surprised that it was so easy after all.
